-Where to start to achieve those changes
-What might be the reason behind your reactions and triggers in the first place
Leave feeling more equipped, with more awareness of your subconscious expectations & beliefs, with a plan in place and feeling better about yourself, your triggers and how to manage them (depending on the focus of the session)
Note: This is a 4-session consult package. Each resulting session is as important as the first, because otherwise we cannot reassess what is working for you and how to maintain your progress.
