Appointments without completed enrollment may be cancelled. If cancelled, you may reschedule once enrolled. This policy ensures the best use of time and resources.
ATTENTION: If you are unable to attend your appointment, please reschedule or cancel so we can assist someone else. If you cancel or reschedule more than twice, you will need to call our office at 252-563-4148 and pay a non-refundable $25 fee to reschedule.
