1:1 Sauna & Cold Plunge + Breathwork Coaching

Personalized ice bath, sauna, and breathwork experiences for mental and physical optimization. Spend some therapeutic time in a traditional dry sauna with a temperature range from 175-200F then an invigorating sub-45 degree cold plunge.

Coach Troy will work with you to determine the precise temperature and time to meet your therapy goals while adapting to your body’s unique tolerance for deliberate hot and cold exposure. He will also coach you through proper breathing exercises to enhance the benefits and make your experience more enjoyable.

These personalized contrast therapy sessions are designed to adapt to the unique intent of the member. Boost energy and focus, promote physical recovery, improve stress management and more with custom protocols.

1:1 Cold Plunge + Breathwork Coaching

Spend some therapeutic time in a cold plunge with a temperature range from 37-55F. Coach Troy will work with you to determine the precise temperature and time to meet your therapy goals while adapting to your body’s unique tolerance for deliberate cold exposure. He will also coach you through proper breathing exercises to enhance the benefits and make your experience more enjoyable.

Personal Sauna Session

Spend some relaxing time in a traditional dry sauna with a temperature range from 175-200F. Coach Troy will work with you to determine the precise temperature and time to meet your therapy goals while adapting to your body’s unique tolerance for deliberate heat exposure.
