WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER PURCHASE
Upon Booking the 45-Minute Talent & Leadership Assessment, you will receive an email confirmation confirming payment receipt. You will receive a link to schedule. You can then book a day and time or multiple days for your Assessment Calls. When you schedule your calls, you will receive an email confirmation. You can then choose to "save this appointment to your calendar.”
CANCELING OR RESCHEDULING
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, simply go to the original email confirmation and select the "cancel" or "reschedule" option at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled after 48 hours (in advance) will be forfeited.
LATE ARRIVALS
After a 5-minute grace period, appointment will automatically be cancelled. Should you arrive late, no additional time will be added to your appointment.
