During this call I will also take more info about the things I see out of balance in your paperwork, as well as the things you are feeling are out of balance in your body, but also in your mind and heart. So much of what presents itself in our physical body comes from our thoughts, feelings, and in all honesty, not getting enough hugs as a kid. In that way, I work from a truly (w)holistic perspective. All of the info we collect goes to create your program. Within a day or two I will write it up and send it to you with an audio file where I go over it all. That way you can download it and have me talk you through it and, of course, you will be able to email me anytime with questions or issues.
