In these uncertain times, it's natural to feel ungrounded and disconnected. When fear takes over, we often eject from our bodies or numb out. Yet being fully embodied is precisely how we access our confidence, aliveness, and inner wisdom.In this nurturing session, we'll identify what's blocking your sense of safety and connection to your body. Through guided meditation, energy healing, and somatic release, you'll begin to soften protective layers, release held tension, and reconnect with the authentic you. You'll leave with a renewed sense of safety, groundedness, and practical tools to maintain this connection in your daily life. Having room to lay down and move a little is ideal.Sessions run 60–75 minutes. Please hold 75 minutes in your calendar for ease and spaciousness.
