This 45–60 minute session offers a safe, nurturing space for your child to relax, release, and restore balance—emotionally, physically, and energetically.Whether your child is experiencing stress, anxiety, trouble sleeping, sensitivity to their environment, or simply needs a moment of calm and connection, this session can support their overall well-being.We’ll begin with a short chat (with parent/guardian and child) to understand any concerns or intentions. Then your child will lie down fully clothed (or sit comfortably), and I’ll use gentle, non-invasive energy healing techniques tailored to their comfort and needs. Il s’agit d’un accompagnement global, construit dans le respect de son rythme et de sa sensibilité.La première séance est un moment essentiel. Vous, les parents, y êtes conviés. Cet échange me permet de mieux comprendre l’histoire de votre enfant, de poser la problématique ensemble, de s’accorder du cadre, et de créer un premier lien de confiance.Ensuite, votre enfant découvrira en douceur les outils que j’utilise selon ses besoins : hypno-relaxation, créativité, visualisation, jeux symboliques… L’objectif est qu’il se sente en sécurité et qu’il devienne acteur de son propre processus de transformation.Pour un changement en profondeur, les séances sont généralement espacées de 15 jours à 3 semaines. Il faut en moyenne entre 3 et 5 séances pour observer un véritable changement. Il est essentiel que la problématique soit ressentie par votre enfant. S’il ne s’y reconnaît pas, il est parfois plus pertinent de travailler d’abord avec l’adulte.
