Phone Counselling Session (50 mins)
Talking to a counsellor on the phone can be a very convenient way to access therapy, as well as enabling you to choose to have the sessions from a place of your choice where you feel really comfortable. Having therapy this way also makes it a lot easier for some people than being face to face in the room.
Free Introductory Call (up to 20 minutes)
Choosing the therapist who is just the right fit for you is really important. When you have found the right person, you can then start build a growing trust that will enable you to really open up about whatever it is you want to talk about. We can have a free no-obligation talk on the phone or by Zoom together for up to 20 minutes to see if I am the right person for you.
