Mobile notary service for personal and business documents . This booking collects the $50 administrative fee to confirm your appointment.This appointment covers 30 minutes .Travel fees will apply and will be invoiced separately.đ Booking & Payment TermsPayment: All fees are due at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.Administrative Fee (non-refundable): The admin/clerical fee secures scheduling, communication, document prep review, and compliance checks. If you reschedule, the same admin fee will be applied to the new appointment within 30 days.Reschedule Window: In the event of an emergency ,and you need to reschedule your appointment, please reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid additional fees. One reschedule is included; subsequent reschedules will require a new admin fee.Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations or no-shows forfeit the admin fee. If full service fees were prepaid, the service portion (excluding admin) may be refunded less any work already performed (courier/postage ordered, document review completed, platform/KBA costs, etc.).Readiness Requirement: Documents should be completed prior to the appointment. Do not sign or date them until in the presence of the Notary Public.
