This is typically something you're feeling stuck with or challenged by, such as a difficult decision, a situation you’re struggling to understand or accept, or a behaviour or mindset that no longer serves you but feels hard to change.Come with an open mind and a willingness to reflect. Be prepared to engage deeply with the conversation and explore new perspectives with the coach’s guidance.[Optional] Consent to session recording. If you'd like a record of our conversation for later viewing, agree to have the session recorded and you will be sent a link after the call to access the video, transcript and an AI summary of the call. My clients find this a helpful tool to support their post session reviews.
