This is a full body, traditional Usui Reiki treatment to release energy blockages in the body and instigate a deep sense of relaxation, invoking the body's natural healing process. You will be welcomed into a warm room with soft lighting and candles burning, whilst the gentle aromatics of essential oils create a feeling of calm and relaxation. After an initial discussion to identify areas you would like to work on, you will be asked to lie, fully clothed, on the treatment table. Accompanied by a soothing soundtrack, the session will then begin. I will explain areas where I may place my hands directly on the body to connect with the universal energy - shoulders, arms, legs and feet. The majority of the treatment is delivered by hovering my hands over the body.
