This option might suit if you know you cant attend several of the classes over the 16 week period that the class will run.This small, supportive group is a safe and relaxed space to connect, learn and share - all from the comfort of your home. Whether you're not quite ready to leave the house yet, live too far from similar groups, or just find it too hard to get out the door, this group is for you.We explore breastfeeding topics, thriving as a new mum, early parenting tips and navigating the ups and downs of this big transition. You'll have access to Q&A sessions, guest speakers, and a private Facebook group to stay connected between meetingsClass sizes are kept small to support connection and discussion. 15. Antenatal Home Visit Group (up to 180 mins - $168.00)
Book an Antenatal Home Visit Group session for up to 180 minutes. This session is for a small group of expectant mums (and their support person) who want to feel more confident and informed about breastfeeding before baby arrives in the privacy of one of their homes . Travel within the Canberra- Bungendore- Goulburn regionsWe will coverHow breastfeeding worksWhat to expect in the early daysPositioning and AttachmentHow to know if baby is getting enoughCommon challenges and how to navigate themWhere to find support after birthThis is a relaxed and supportive session tailored to your needs.You are welcome to organise a private, small group of expectant friend mums (up to 5 guests total) to be included in your session via zoom. Just send me a message and we can work out a date and time that is available if none suitable are available. I can put the date on hold for you to have it as a private group. You will need to have at least one other group member to sign up within 48 hours to keep it private or it becomes available for others to book in. A 20% discount has been applied for each person attendingPlease Note: A minimum of 2 bookings is required for group antenatal class to go ahead. If this isn't met I'll be in touch to offer an alternative date or a one on one sessions (additional cost applies)

Follow Up Consult - Book a Home Visit Postnatal Consultation for up to 90 minutes.This consult is for clients who live in the designated region and have already had an initial consultationWe will review how things are going, make necessary adjustments as required, update your care plan and offer support with your breastfeeding journey
