We invite you to settle into our space, taking a moment to leave behind the busyness of our daily lives and allow the vibrations and frequencies to carry you into a state of peace and harmony. Yoga Nidra ('yogic sleep') is a guided meditation technique that induces deep relaxation by methods of body scanning, breath awareness, and intention setting.A sound bath is a therapeutic experience where participants are enveloped in soothing sounds, created with instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs and more.Combining both offers an all-embracing, holistic 'rest and reset' with the following benefits:♥ Stress Relief and Relaxation: activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to reduce stress and anxiety♥ Enhanced Mental Clarity: frequencies help clear mental clutter and improve focus, mental clarity, and concentration♥ Emotional Healing: release emotional blockages, reduce feelings of emotional overwhelm, and encourage a state of emotional balance and well-being♥ Pain Relief: sound waves help alleviate physical pain by promoting relaxation, reducing muscle tension, and improving circulation♥ Energy Balancing: vibrations assist to balance the body's energy centers (chakras)♥ Detoxification: release negative or stagnant energy from the body, promoting emotional and physical detoxification♥ Improved Sleep Quality♥ Increased Creativity*We have limited to a maximum of 5 mats for each session as we like to keep it cosy at our studio and no prior experience is necessary. *Please kindly drop us a message should you prefer other modes of payment method.
