Introductory call
A free call to talk about your goals and needs and how we can support these. This is also a good chance to for me to answer any questions you might have and for you to get a flavour of me and how I like to work. I never pressure people to make a decision to go ahead on the spot, in fact I actively encourage taking some time to reflect, so don't worry about hard sales.I normally do this via video call - but I am happy to complete this in a way that feel comfortable for you. For example, we could text, email chain, do an audio call, or even send over your list of questions and I can make a bespoke video answering them. Postpartum Home Evaluation
In this focused 90-minute session (online/in-person), we’ll prioritize assessing your home and organizing key postpartum essentials to prepare for your baby’s arrival. Depending on your needs, we can either decide what to keep/return, create a list of necessary items, or even start building a baby registry. By the end, you’ll feel more confident and ready for postpartum.Note: This service is complimentary for all Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist clients, but can also be booked separately here.
Labor and Delivery Preparation Service
In this 90-minute session (online/in-person), we’ll focus on crafting your birth plan, preparing your birth bag, or any other area you want help with. I’ll send you a list to choose from. Whether you plan to give birth at home, a hospital, or a birthing center, you’ll leave feeling confident and prepared.Note: This service is included if you’ve hired me as your Birth Doula, but can also be booked separately here.
