Damon brings a wealth of lived experience to the program. Entering the criminal justice system at the age of 15, Damon faced numerous challenges growing up in an environment marked by a lack of positive mentors, violence and negative economic opportunities. However, through faith, resilience, and an unwavering determination to change his outcome, Damon discovered the transformative power of personal development and professional development..and youth should be exposed to both at an early age..Course Overview: P.A.T.H to Success is dynamic and empowering ten-hour youth life coaching program, P.A.T.H to Success is designed to mentor and inspire and equip at-risk youth with four essential personal development. Participant receive a digital workbook to download and print to complete the following modules:Introduction to P.A.T.H to Success: Participants join an orientation session covering a full overview of the program. (30 min)Purpose & Planning: participants will discover their purpose and learn how to begin planning a life of purpose. (120 min)Ambition & Attitude: participants will discover the fuel for success and how to use that fuel to elevate to the next level. (120 min)Talent & Time: participants will learn how to identify their primary and secondary talent, how to create a platform to use as a success catalyst and how to invest time in the process. (120 min)Health & Hustle: participants will learn emotional and mental health coping skills and how to create a career or entrepreneur P.A.T.H to Success plan. (120 min)Certificate Ceremony: Participants earn a certificate of completion and access our extended coaching and mentoring group.
