She holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) in Social Work from Rhodes University and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Stellenbosch.Elize works with individuals, couples, and families, guiding them through transitions, trauma, and personal growth. She is particularly skilled in trauma work, couples counselling, and helping clients navigate times of loss or significant change.Her holistic approach is grounded in psychological flexibility, which allows clients to be present with difficult emotions while still moving towards what matters most in their lives.
