Quantum Healing Hypnosis (QHHT) Session
Please be aware that a QHHT session lasts hours, sometimes most of the day. The shortest timeframe is about 4 hours, but there is no time limit as everyone is unique and may require more or less time than another. This process is meant to give you all the healing and answers in one session, as we work on anything and everything you have dealt with and need healing on. The more someone has gone through, the longer the sessions will be, typically. During the first part of the session, where we talk about your whole life and experiences, I will also connect with your guides and scan your chakras to get more insight as to what may be going on and base some questions around this information. If needed, I will also do a quick cleansing & healing on the chakras before getting started. I will also teach you different healing techniques curated specifically for you that you can do at home, as needed, to assist you moving forward. The hypnosis part (your past life regression and channeling your high self) will be about 2 hours. Typically, 1 hour is spent visiting past lives, the other side, etc, and the last hour is spent with the HS asking your questions and getting healing. I can tailor this a bit to fit your needs and intentions; for example - If you have more than 15 questions and need extra time with your HS, we can focus more time on that. If you have fewer questions, we can dedicate more time to exploring past lives.
