Mat & Chair Yoga, monthly
A gentle 50-minute Zoom yoga class on the floor or a chair. We start with centering, move into aligning, stretching, and strengthening your body to release tension and end with a meditation.Great for people who may not be very active yet can easily get on the floor. This is a progression from chair yoga to gently return to physical movement after injury or inactivity.Once you register, a zoom link is provided. Please arrive a few minutes before the start of class to talk and prepare mentally for class.Props that May Be Used: yoga blocks, strap, flexible strap, blankets, hand weights.First class is free.Fee: $20 for drop-in or $60 per month. The process looks like this: Handy InfographicSelect your preferred deadline for the work (we'll have a solid week at minimum – check out that handy infographic if the process feels confusing).
