Your Part
All you need to do is:
- Share your vision, key messaging, or themes for the video with us before the shoot.
- Arrange the availability of interviewees or necessary personnel on the shoot day.
- Provide access to your chosen filming location.
$50 Fee
To secure your session, a $50 fee is required. This fee helps cover transportation for the videographer and equipment to your chosen location.
- Payment: Customers will not be charged until the booking is approved. Once your booking has been approved, the payment process will be initiated, and you will be prompted to make the payment.
- Refund Policy: If the booking is unsuccessful or cancelled by us, the $50 fee will be refunded within 3 days via PayNow or Giro.
- Cancellation Policy: The fee will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the session or during the session itself. Prior to 24 hours before the booking, cancellation will be charged at 3.9% of booking fee due to PayPal processing fees.

- Special permits for filming (if required).
- Props, set design, or wardrobe styling.
- Extensive post-production edits beyond the agreed deliverables.
