Pre-Production Planning:
  • We’ll collaborate to refine your message and identify the best questions to prompt during interviews.
  • Any scripting assistance needed for the teleprompter will be provided.

Filming Day:
  • Professional direction for interviewees to ensure natural and confident delivery.
  • Capturing dynamic b-roll footage of your environment, team, or process to enrich the narrative.

Post-Production:
  • Editing to align visuals and audio seamlessly.
  • Colour grading, sound design, and final polishing to create a high-quality 1-minute video.

Your Final Video
Once editing is complete, you’ll receive your finished video within 2-3 weeks. The final product will be optimised for online sharing and showcasing your unique story.

  • Confirmation: Once your booking has been approved by us, you will be informed via email and our representative will reach out to you via WhatsApp.
  • Refund Policy: If your booking is cancelled by us, your payment will be wholly refunded within 3 days via PayNow or Giro. If you cancel or reschedule a media production service, the following terms apply:
  • Before 24 Hours of Service: You will receive a full refund minus a 3.9% PayPal processing fee, if booked through TidyCal, and other fees for production related expenses such as, but not limited to, equipment rental, studio rental, transportation fees, entry fees, studio rental, and other fees incurred in relation to the production.
