Tax Question Phone Meeting (15 minutes)

NEW CLIENT, Business Bookkeeping/Accounting Consultation (1 hour)
Book a meeting with me for 1 hour. This is an appointment for NEW business clients for Bookkeeping, QuickBooks questions, new business setup or Legal Forms.

**CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY**
--Cancellations over 12 hours of appointment time will be charged $15.
--Cancellations within 12 hours of appointment time will be charged 50% of appointment fee.
--All "no-show" appointments will be charged 100% of appointment fee.
NEW CLIENT Tax Consultation (1 hour)
Book a meeting with me for 1 hour. This is an appointment for consultation for NEW clients for Tax Preparation, Tax Planning and Tax Strategies. In-Person or phone.
I will not be preparing your tax return at this appointment. This is for consultation and planning if you have a business or an unusual tax situation that you need advice on.
*If you need your tax return prepared and do not need a meeting, email me anytime sonya@taxbooks318.com with the type of tax return you need (business or personal) and any other important details and I will email you the instructions to start the tax return process.

Book a meeting with me for 1 hour. This is an appointment for consultation for NEW clients for Tax Resolution for previous returns filed by another preparer. In-Person or phone.

Client Meeting (1 hour, existing clients)
Book a meeting with me for 60 minutes! Topics can be anything you need to talk about - new business, tax preparation, tax planning, financials, etc.

Bookkeeping Client Quarterly Meeting (30 minutes, existing client)
Book your quarterly Bookkeeping meeting with me. We can go over your business financials and any strategies or questions you have for the quarter and upcoming year.

$25 for each notarization, $10 for each additional signature over 2
$40 starting price for Mobile Notary
$40 starting price for vehicle transfers/donations
Cash, card, Venmo accepted for payment. No checks.
Tax Return Drop-off / Pickup / Signing
Book a time to drop off your tax papers or to pick them up from the physical office. Drop off in Suite 301 door slot Monday through Friday 7am-7pm. If outside of those hours, use the drop at the front door of the building. Please email me if you drop off papers there to sonya@taxbooks318.com.
