This is not a call but a form for you to fill out. After reviewing your information, Nick will provide you with a suggested call length and custom pricing if needed.⏳ The longer your call with Nick, the more time he has to guide you through each step of your project in real-time. On longer calls, Nick can walk you through every part of the process, ensuring you understand exactly what to do and how to do it. You’ll have the chance to perform each step while Nick watches and offers advice as needed. There may be times when you’re working independently while Nick monitors your progress, and you could even finish the project while still on the call if there’s time left.⌛️ For shorter calls, the priority is to resolve any specific questions you have or to get you unstuck on challenging parts of the project. Nick will focus on troubleshooting and ensuring you can move forward after the call ends. While shorter calls are perfect for quick fixes or specific guidance, longer calls allow for more detailed explanations, hands-on learning, and a smoother overall project completion. If your project is expected to take longer than the time booked, Nick will set you up with the knowledge and confidence to continue working after the call ends.⏲️ You can extend the current call without disconnecting and rescheduling, provided Nick is available. Nick will advise how much time he has available and recommend the time needed for the call extension. Discounted pricing is offered on extended calls at -$2.99 versus booking a new call. Clients can extend their call for: 15 min for $13.00, 30 min for $23.00, 45 min for $28.00, 60 min for $38.00, 90 min for $58.00, 2 hrs for $73.00, or 3 hrs for $118.00. The existing call cannot be changed to a higher tier length for initial booking pricing. Payment for the extension is processed via ko-fi.com/thehandycarpenter through the 'Tip' button using PayPal, Venmo, or a Credit/Debit card. Payment can also be sent directly via Apple Pay, Cash App, Facebook Messenger Pay, or Chime - Nick will provide account information for those options. The time taken to process payment does not reduce the paid time for the service and once the payment is received the call can continue. Unused time is non-refundable or bankable but can be used for other requests within the paid time.
