Die Fussreflexzonentherapie nach Hanne Marquardt ist eine Methode die davon ausgeht, dass bestimmte Zonen und Punkte an den Füßen mit verschiedenen Organen und Körperteilen korrespondieren. Die Therapie zielt darauf ab, durch gezielte Massage und Druck auf diese Zonen das Wohlbefinden zu fördern und die Selbstheilungskräfte des Körpers zu aktivieren. Wir erarbeiten ein individuelles Konzept, das auf deine Beschwerden und Symptome abgestimmt ist. Ergänzt wird die Therapie mit entspannenden Ausgleichsgriffen und funktionellen Massagegriffen.Ziele:Förderung der Entspannung und des allgemeinen WohlbefindensUnterstützung der Selbstheilungskräfte des KörpersLinderung von Schmerzen und BeschwerdenVerbesserung der Durchblutung und des StoffwechselsWichtig: Bitte rechne für die erste Behandlung 90 Minuten ein, damit ausreichend Zeit bleibt für ein ausführliches Anamnese Gespräch. Alle weiteren Behandlungen dauern 60 Minuten.
