MOBILE Natural Induction Reflexology
Duration: upto 120 minutesCost: €225Mobile Natural Induction Reflexology is a therapeutic reflexology treatment which requires senstivity and mindfulness as well as true care and understanding of the needs of the expectant mother.Mobile Natural Induction Reflexology is a single session treatment and is carried out at your chosen location of home, maternity hospital, birthing centre or alternative location.Sinead provides greater flexibility for this appointment over standard bookings, as your baby doesn't yet understand calendars and schedules. This means availability is pretty open and once booked, the cost is non-refundable.Should baby arrive earlier than expected, don't worry. You can of course offset the cost of this treatment against a Newborn Assessment, Newborn Reflexology Programne or another therapy for yourself as a postnatal treat to aid recovery and relaxation.Natural Induction Reflexology involves a full body reflexology treatment to provide soothing calm to you and your body prior to the labour and birthing process.The Natural Induction element after your initial treatment, focuses on the relex points for the endocrine (hormones) system and reproductive (womb, cervic etc.,) system. By working these areas, the body is naturally encouraged to soften and to 'let go' promoting a more natural onset of labour than medical inducement or clinical sweep.The effects of this treatment can be swift, promoting onset of labour with a day or even hours of receipt of the treatment. The Easy Peasy Puppy Class (Monday 6.15-7pm)
The Easy Peasy Puppy Class The Easy Peasy Puppy Class gives your puppy the very best start in life with kind, practical training you can use every day. Easy Peasy puppy course is run over eight weeks with a qualified easy Peasy puppy instructor, this longer course includes extra help with nipping and toileting issues, as well as more advanced training exercises such as emergency stop, chin rests et cetera all the usual puppies content is covered such as reflex name, lead walking, recall etc. The course has run over eight weeks with a midway gap for rest and recap. You will also receive access to our online training, or you can watch all the individual exercises at home to accelerate your training. The first session is done via zoom at home helping you overcome some of the common at home challenges that new puppy owners face.There is a private Facebook and WhatsApp group where you will receive extra hints and tips as well as being able to ask for advice between sessionsWhat You’ll NeedA flat collar or harness ideally (no slip leads, choke chains or retractable leads please)A standard leadLots of tasty treats (chopped up small)A favourite toy or twoPoo bags and water for your puppy (water will be available but I often find dogs prefer their own)A blanket or mat for your pup to settle on (a non-slip bathmat works well)VaccinationsPuppies must have completed their vaccinations to attend the practical sessions.👉 Don’t worry if your pups vaccination course isn’t quite finished yet — just let me know their vaccination dates.
