¡Hola Bienvenid@ a HARMONYA!¿Para qué es la terapia energética (Reiki)?La terapia energética está para esos momentos donde todo es difícil,donde quizás hemos perdido el rumbo y necesitamos reconectar con nuestro SER.Las sesiones pueden ayudarnos, entre otros a:Cambiar patrones de pensamiento negativos, creencias o ciclos negativos en los que te sientes atrapada/o.Ayudar con la ansiedad, el estrés, problemas del sistema nervioso, la salud mental o el agotamiento.Aliviar el dolor de las enfermedades crónicas.Regular los problemas de sueño o la dificultad para relajarse.Aliviar el dolor físico o las lesiones.Acceder a estados más profundos de meditación y relajación.Obtener claridad, confianza y una mayor conexión contigo misma/o y con tu propósito.Recibir orientación sobre áreas de nuestra vida donde estamos estancados o parados.Liberarte de situaciones que no te ayudan.¿Qué incluye la sesión de Reiki/terapia energética?Conversación inicial para valorar la intención de la práctica de Reiki (plano físico, mental, emocional, etc).Meditación previa a la apertura de la sesión.Limpieza energética de energías residuales con péndulo.Sesión de Reiki Usui Tibetano y Reiki Kundalini con imposición de cristales etéricos.Conversación posterior para comentar sensaciones y dar recomendaciones específicas a implementar basadas en el diagnóstico energético (ej. Ejercicios de yoga, mantras y/o meditaciones, aceites esenciales, cromoterepia, cristaloterapia, u otras terapias complementarias).Acompañamiento vía WhatsApp para resolver dudas y aclarar cuestiones en relación a las sensaciones percibidas después a la sesión.ONLINE: El día de la cita, asegúrate de estar en un lugar cómodo y tranquilo sin ruidos ni distracciones. Lo ideal es que te puedas tumbar en una cama o sofá durante el tiempo que durará la sesión (50-60 min). This course is being led by an experienced instructor, Ross Miller, with a background in teaching high school and college physics as well as a degree in physics.We are offering this 4-week course led by a college professor for less than $80 per week to help you or your student accelerate their learning this year.
