Spanish for Improvers is for you if you'd like to...learn new expressions to sound like a native!practise and improve your speaking with fellow learners and a native speaker (me!)Then book your place and be part of a fantastic group facilitated by Irma!How does it work?There will be a topic to cover in each session which lasts one hour. All materials and light refreshments provided (as in all my lessons!).The group will be small so everyone has a chance to speak and ask questions.When is it?We meet on Tuesday mornings from 10.00am to 11.00am at Clements Hall York Clements Hall York, Nunthorpe Road, York, YO23 1BWHow much is it?This group is on a pay as you go basis at £12 per lesson.Terms & Conditions:* Places are limited, so everyone has a chance to speak and ask questions within the hour of our meeting, and priced at £12 each on a pay as you go basis. * In the event of last minute changes, you will be notified by email and/or text message, so please ensure to check the email provided in this form prior to the lesson and include your phone number.* If the event is cancelled by Irma Gómez Cruz, a full refund will be made to you within 5 working days.* Please note that once payment is processed in the system (Tidycal), cancellations need to be requested via email 5 working days before the start of the booked lesson to ensure a refund. No refund will be made for a shorter notice of cancellation. You can reschedule your booking to a future available date of the same programme.* You will only be contacted about our Spanish Lessons York courses and your details will not be shared with any other parties.* The lesson booked is for the person named on the booking only. No transfers or replacements.* The Spanish for Beginners group is aimed at adults (18+ only).

Każda sesja jest inna.Sam masaż trwa 100-120 min. A całe spotkanie z rozmową i dobrą herbatą około 2,5h-3h.Zabierz ze sobą: dres lub leginsy (im mniej śliskie, tym lepiej) oraz koszulkę/bluzkę (najlepiej bawełnianą).Masaż odbywa się w ubraniu, na specjalnej macie, na podłodze.Więcej o masażu Yeshe Nuad: Szkoła masażu tajskiego Yeshe NuadPrice: PLN 450Therapeutic, energetic and revitalizing holistic Yeshe Nuad bodywork, using Thai massage techniques, osteothai, Thai acupressure and other techniques according to your current state.
