Taiko Lab
Hi!Thanks for visiting this page and for your interest in joining a Taiko drumming session!This class is open to all levels, and no matter where you are in your Taiko learning journey, the session is always adapted to make it interesting for everyone 🙂In Taiko Lab, we work on posture, coordination, and expression while exploring the power of group drumming. Each session includes elements from existing Battiti songs and new rhythmic exercises designed to improve speed, control, and dynamics.If it’s your first time, please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts. I’ll show you how to hold the bachi (Japanese drumsticks) and how to stand in front of the taiko.
