Emotional Detox

Everything is energy. When something happens in our lives, emotions get stuck in the body. If we don’t pay attention to those emotions, physical ailments can arise.

During this 7-day program, I walk you through the 7 chakras, or also called energy centres in our body.

Every chakra plays an important part in our emotional well-being. By exploring what emotions, thoughts, patterns are connected to these centres, you get a better insight in yourself.

Being aware of what is arising in your body & mind, is the start of your healing journey. 

During these 7 days, you will learn more about what practices are helping you to bring balance and peace of mind. We use yoga, yoga therapy, reiki, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, journaling, mindful activities, sound healing, etc., that are easily implemented in your daily life.

You will get a manual after each section, so you can always go back to the practices whenever you need to rebalance one of your chakras.

Therapeutic Yoga

Therapeutic yoga can treat various conditions, including stress, anxiety, depression, pain, and chronic illness. It can also help to improve flexibility, strength, and balance.

Different modalities can be used:

  • A gentle flow connecting movement with the breath. This yoga session greatly improves flexibility, strength, and balance and reduces stress, anxiety, and depression.

  • Restorative yoga (also in combination with Reiki) uses props, such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks, to support the body in passive postures. This allows the practitioner to relax deeply and focus on the breath. Restorative yoga can greatly reduce stress and depression, improve sleep, and relieve pain.

  • Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation that is practiced while lying down. The practitioner is guided through a series of visualizations and relaxation techniques. Yoga Nidra can be a great way to reduce stress, improve sleep, and work through limiting beliefs and emotions to promote overall well-being. A personalized script is made to work on your intention.

  • Yin Yoga: focus on stretching where you aim to relax your muscles. Typically held for longer periods, between 3 and 4 minutes. Working on cold muscles is important, so doing it after a workout is not recommended as you then target the muscles. When working with the cold muscles, we work on the deeper layers of the body, aka fascia. In therapeutic yoga, we can focus on the chakras and meridians (energy centers in the body).

Sound Healing

Release emotional blockages and realign the chakras with the help of Crystal Bowls, Drums, Tuning Fork, and Chakra Crystals.

In this 1-1 setting, I guide you through a deep meditation, and with the bowls surrounding you, the sound frequencies will heal you on a deeper cellular level.

Private Floating Sound Bath (with float)

Immerse yourself in a unique floating sound bath experience in the serene setting of your own pool.

As you relax in the water, the harmonious sounds of singing bowls, drums, and chimes will create a tranquil atmosphere, allowing you to unwind and de-stress. As we start during the sunset, we will wake up watching the stars above us.
The gentle movement of the water adds to the calming effect, providing a truly rejuvenating experience.
Additionally, the provided floats will keep you comfortably afloat while ensuring you stay dry throughout the session.

Keep in mind:
  • setting up the space will take some time, so I will arrive earlier to prepare
  • for your comfort, you might wind a big towel or blanket to cover yourself during the session
