There is no Cal.com importer, so this is a short rebuild rather than a one-click move. Here is the honest version.
Create a free account and connect your calendar
Google, Outlook or iCloud. Busy times are read from every connected calendar so you are never double-booked.
Recreate your event types
Open Cal.com in one tab and TidyCal in another. Name, length, availability, price and intake questions. Most hosts have two to five.
Connect payments and video
Stripe or PayPal for paid bookings. Zoom, Google Meet or Teams links are created automatically on paid plans.
Swap your booking link
Email signature, website, social profiles. Leave Cal.com running until its last booked meeting has happened.

You need to self-host, modify the source, or run an organization with SSO and subteams. TidyCal does not do those, and will not pretend to.
Questions before you switch
Can I import my Cal.com event types into TidyCal?
Not automatically. TidyCal has a one-click importer for Calendly but not for Cal.com, so you recreate your event types by hand. Most hosts have between two and five, and each takes a minute or two: name, length, availability, price and any intake questions. Your existing bookings stay on Cal.com until they happen; new bookings come through TidyCal.
How long does switching from Cal.com to TidyCal take?
About 15 minutes. Create a free account, connect your calendar, recreate your event types, connect Stripe or PayPal if you charge for bookings, and swap the booking link in your signature and website.
Is TidyCal cheaper than Cal.com?
For one person on the free plan they are close: both give you unlimited event types and payments. The gap opens with a team. Cal.com charges $12 per user per month for Teams, which is where round robin and collective events live. TidyCal includes those on the Agency lifetime plan for $79 once, or Pro at $99 a year, with no per-seat fees.
Does TidyCal have round robin and collective bookings?
Yes. Round robin, collective (group) bookings, team booking pages and team member roles are included on the Agency lifetime plan and on Pro. On Cal.com these start at the Teams plan.
Is TidyCal open source or self-hostable like Cal.com?
No. TidyCal is a hosted service run by AppSumo. If you need to self-host or modify the code, Cal.com is the better fit. If you want scheduling that works out of the box with no server to maintain, TidyCal is.
Will my Cal.com booking links keep working?
Yes, until you close your Cal.com account. Update the link in your email signature, website and social profiles to your TidyCal page, and leave Cal.com running until the last booking made there has happened.
Can I keep using my own domain?
Yes. TidyCal supports custom domains for booking pages, so your booking link can stay on your own domain after the switch.
What does the TidyCal free plan include?
