There is no SavvyCal importer, so this is a short rebuild rather than a one-click move. Here is the honest version.
Create a free account and connect your calendar
Google, Outlook or iCloud. Busy times are read from every connected calendar so you are never double-booked.
Recreate your links as booking types
Open SavvyCal in one tab and TidyCal in another. Name, length, availability, price and intake questions. Most hosts have two to five.
Connect payments and video
Stripe or PayPal for paid bookings, on the free plan. Zoom, Google Meet or Teams links are created automatically on paid plans.
Swap your booking link
Email signature, website, social profiles. Leave SavvyCal running until its last booked meeting has happened, then cancel the seat.

You want invitees to overlay their calendar on yours, you rely on ranked availability and time blocking to protect focus time, or an assistant books on your behalf. TidyCal does not do those, and will not pretend to.
Questions before you switch
Does TidyCal have a free plan, unlike SavvyCal?
Yes. TidyCal Free is $0 with no time limit and includes unlimited bookings, unlimited booking types, paid bookings through Stripe or PayPal, recurring and package bookings and your own booking page. SavvyCal lets you sign up and use meeting polls for free, but a scheduling link needs a paid seat: Basic at $12 per user per month, or $10 billed annually.
Can I import my SavvyCal links into TidyCal?
Not automatically. TidyCal has a one-click importer for Calendly but not for SavvyCal, so you recreate your scheduling links as booking types by hand. Each takes a minute or two. Existing SavvyCal meetings stay on SavvyCal until they happen; new bookings come through TidyCal.
How long does switching from SavvyCal to TidyCal take?
About 15 minutes for a solo account. Create a free account, connect your calendar, recreate your links, connect Stripe or PayPal if you charge, and swap the booking link in your email signature and website.
Can I charge for bookings on TidyCal without a paid plan?
Yes. Paid bookings, packages, subscriptions and discount codes are on the free plan. On SavvyCal, paid bookings are a Premium feature at $20 per user per month.
Is TidyCal cheaper than SavvyCal for a team?
Yes. SavvyCal is per seat: a team of 5 on Basic is $720 a year, and $1,200 on Premium. TidyCal has no per-user fee. Round robin, collective bookings and a team booking page are on the Agency lifetime plan for $79 once, or Pro at $99 a year for the whole team.
What does SavvyCal do that TidyCal does not?
SavvyCal lets the person booking overlay their own calendar on yours to find a slot, and has time-defense tools like ranked availability, frequency limits and time blocking, plus delegated access for assistants. Can I keep using my own domain?
Yes, on TidyCal Pro. SavvyCal offers custom domains on Premium.
Will my SavvyCal links keep working during the switch?
Yes, until you cancel your SavvyCal seat. Update the link in your email signature, website and social profiles to your TidyCal page, and leave SavvyCal running until the last meeting booked there has happened.
