There is no Zoho Bookings importer, so this is a short rebuild rather than a one-click move. Here is the honest version.
Create a free account and connect your calendar
Google, Outlook or iCloud. Busy times are read from every connected calendar so you are never double-booked.
Recreate your services as booking types
Open Zoho Bookings in one tab and TidyCal in another. Name, length, availability, price and intake questions. Most hosts have two to five.
Connect payments and video
Stripe or PayPal for paid bookings, on the free plan. Zoom, Google Meet or Teams links are created automatically on paid plans.
Swap your booking link
Website, email signature, social profiles. Leave Zoho running until its last booked appointment has happened, then cancel.

Stay on Zoho Bookings if
Your business runs on Zoho CRM or Zoho One, you book rooms and equipment as resources, or you need workspaces per department. TidyCal does not do those, and will not pretend to.
Questions before you switch
Is TidyCal free like Zoho Bookings?
Both have a free plan for one person, but they cover different things. Zoho Bookings Free gives one user online meetings, notification emails and two-way calendar sync with Zoho, Google and Microsoft 365. TidyCal Free adds paid bookings through Stripe or PayPal, recurring, package and subscription bookings, discount codes and unlimited booking types, with no time limit.
Can I import my Zoho Bookings services into TidyCal?
Not automatically. TidyCal has a one-click importer for Calendly but not for Zoho Bookings, so you recreate your services as booking types by hand. Each takes a minute or two. Existing Zoho appointments stay on Zoho until they happen; new bookings come through TidyCal.
How long does switching from Zoho Bookings to TidyCal take?
About 15 minutes for a solo account. Create a free account, connect your calendar, recreate your services, connect Stripe or PayPal if you charge, and swap the booking link on your website and in your email signature. Teams add a few minutes per member.
Is TidyCal cheaper than Zoho Bookings for a team?
Yes, and the gap grows with every seat. Zoho Bookings charges $8 per user per month on Basic and $12 on Premium ($6 and $9 billed annually). A team of 5 on Basic is $480 a year. TidyCal charges no per-user fee: the Agency lifetime plan is $79 once and Pro is $99 a year for the whole team.
Does TidyCal have round robin and collective bookings?
Yes. Round robin, collective (multi-host) bookings, a dedicated team booking page and team member roles are included on the Agency lifetime plan and on Pro, with no seat fees.
What does Zoho Bookings do that TidyCal does not?
Deep integration with the rest of Zoho (CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Meeting), resource booking for rooms and equipment, workspaces for multi-department businesses, and a Flex plan for custom contracts. If your business already runs on Zoho, staying inside it is a reasonable choice.
Can I keep using my own domain?
Yes. TidyCal supports custom domains for booking pages, so your booking link can stay on your own domain after the switch.
Will my Zoho booking links keep working during the switch?
Yes, until you close your Zoho Bookings account. Update the link on your website, email signature and social profiles to your TidyCal page, and leave Zoho running until the last appointment booked there has happened.
