Booking add-ons and Store orders in the API
The public API now returns the add-ons a booker picked and your Store orders, so your integrations see everything a client bought.

When a coupon covers the full price, the booking now names the coupon that was used.
Reminder timing labels are right in the editor
Automated emails set to go out before a booking were labeled "after booking" in the booking type editor. The label now matches when they send.
"View Booking" works for team bookings
The "View Booking" link on a team booking now opens the booking.
Manitoba time zone stays correct after November 1
Hosts and bookers in Manitoba (America/Winnipeg) keep the right times after the province's 2026 time zone change.
Recurring Google events keep blocking your calendar
Recurring events on a connected Google Calendar could stop blocking your availability six months after they were last synced. They now block every occurrence.
Booking notifications open their booking
Clicking a booking notification now takes you straight to that booking.
No false "no time slots" warning
The warning after saving a booking type no longer fires when your schedule simply starts more than 30 days out.
Custom emails are kept on new booking types
Custom confirmation and reminder emails written while creating a booking type are now saved with it.
See which account each payment went to
New payments show the Stripe or PayPal account they were paid into, which helps when you run more than one.
Round robin only picks hosts who are free for the whole booking
Round robin no longer assigns a booking to a teammate whose availability covers only part of it.
Lapsed custom domains send visitors to your TidyCal page
If a custom domain is no longer active, visitors are redirected to the same page on tidycal.com.
Open a booking from your bookings list
Click any booking in the list to see its details. The list also tells you when it is filtered to one contact.
Clearer "Add to calendar" titles
Calendar events your bookers add now name both you and your guest, so everyone knows who the meeting is with.

Group bookings stay in sync with your calendar
Cancelled group attendees stay cancelled after a calendar sync, and moving an attendee into an existing group slot removes their old calendar event.

Text reminders longer than 191 characters were sent three times. They now send once.
A livelier directory
Directory pages now show booking activity, recently booked hosts and reviews, so visitors can see who is active.

Calendly import handles more than 100 bookings
Imports from Calendly no longer stop after the first 100 bookings.

Team owners can now hide the Members tab on the public team page and show only the team's booking types.
Zoom and Teams meetings move when you reschedule
Rescheduling a booking with an invited guest now moves its Zoom or Microsoft Teams meeting too.
Verification code in the subject line
Device verification emails now put the code in the subject, so you can read it without opening the email.
Bring your whole Calendly account over
The Calendly importer now brings your upcoming and past bookings, contacts and guests, not just your event types.

Pick which Microsoft account to connect
Connecting Outlook or Microsoft 365 now asks which account to use instead of grabbing whoever is signed in.
Cap total bookings for a booking type
"Set maximum bookings" has a new "in total" option, so you can sell a limited number of spots and stop there.
The directory is free on every plan
Any host, including on the Free plan, can list their page in the public TidyCal directory and get found by profession.

Apple Pay shows the right price in every currency
Apple Pay showed 100 times the price for currencies without cents, such as JPY, KRW and CLP. It now shows the real price.
Reschedules update Outlook
Rescheduled bookings now move on connected Microsoft calendars too.
