What makes coaching programs hard to run

Programs sold by invoice

A 12-week program should not need a spreadsheet. Sell it as a package or a monthly subscription.

Intake forms by email

Ask about goals and schedule when they book. Keep detailed health history in the tool you already use for records.

Check-ins that drift

Recurring bookings hold the same check-in time every week or two.

A plain note on health information

TidyCal is a scheduling tool, not a health record system, and TidyCal does not sign HIPAA business associate agreements (BAAs). Keep booking questions to scheduling basics and goals, and store health history in a system built for it. If you are not sure what rules apply to you, ask your compliance advisor.
